Recipe:

- 1 tsp of Mamatcha’s ceremonial grade matcha powder

- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

- Warm water

Preparation:

- Whisk matcha with a small amount of warm water to make a thick paste

- Place ice cream in a bowl

- Pour matcha over the ice cream
