At Mamatcha, customer satisfaction is paramount. If your online order does not meet your expectations, please contact us at hello@mamatcha.ca.
Please note, that in compliance with food safety standards, we cannot accept returns of matcha.
In cases where the tracking information confirms delivery of your order, Mamatcha cannot be held responsible for replacement or refund.
Additionally, we do not offer refunds for delayed items that are eventually delivered, regardless of the timing.
Refund for Damaged Items: If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@mamatcha.ca with photo evidence within one day (24 hours) of receiving the product. We will then discuss the matter further to address your concerns.
